NYE in Toronto

Lacking appropriate swedish keys and willing to please our anglo friends this short post is in english. New years eve was a blast, very successful indeed. We were invited to a big party in Oakville outside Toronto. The arrangements were huge with caterers and somewhat around a hundred guests. Much to drink and much to eat. The ride back was an adventure worth being told in its own post. The 450 kilometers in heavy snow storm took seven hours, crashed cars were lined up by the side of the road. For some reason Canadians refuse to use winter tires even though the weather and road conditions are terrible. The canadian brain must lack all sense of survival.

Woke up today in Ottawa noticing that the temperature had dropped to 30 below zero. This is of course not acceptable in any way, we must find EXIT!

Took the Greyhound to Montreal, but found myself spending time in the library because the landlord of our future apartment is not answering his phone. Great Library though. Pictures to come.
